Intae is a digital assistant focused on healthy eating habits and exercise learning. Inside the app, users can explore curated recipe ideas and workout references, and may also interact with an AI assistant for more tailored lifestyle suggestions.
Because some features involve personalized responses, this document explains what information is involved, how it is processed, and the limitations placed on its use. Intae is structured around minimal data handling and internal AI operation.
Simply browsing built-in recipes or exercise tutorials does not require submitting personal data.
Information is processed only when you actively:
· Send a message to the AI assistant
· Share lifestyle preferences within a chat interaction
The system analyzes the text you provide in order to generate a response. All processing occurs within infrastructure directly operated by Intae Team. No external AI providers are used.
Messages you type into the AI assistant, including optional preferences related to diet or fitness goals.
For performance and security purposes, limited technical data may be recorded automatically, such as:

· System version
· Anonymous diagnostic logs
· General request timestamps
This technical data is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Intae does not:
· Request government-issued identification
· Access your photos, contacts, or unrelated device files
· Collect biometric identifiers
· Perform facial recognition

· Sell or trade user data
The app only processes what you choose to submit during interaction.
Intae provides general educational information about nutrition and exercise routines.
While users may voluntarily discuss personal habits, the app:

The AI assistant is strictly designed to support healthy lifestyle choices, not to diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions.
Information provided in chat is used solely to:

It is not used for:

Processing is limited to fulfilling your specific request.
Intae does not transmit conversation content to third-party AI services.

· No chat data is shared with external generative AI platforms
· No advertising networks receive conversation content
· No independent data brokers are involved
All AI responses are generated within systems controlled by Intae Team.
Conversation data may be stored temporarily to allow response generation and short-term context continuity.
Users may clear chat history within the application interface. Once deleted, records cannot be recovered.
Intae does not maintain long-term medical dossiers or identity-linked behavioral archives.
System logs are retained only for the time reasonably necessary to ensure service reliability and security.
If paid features are offered, transactions are handled by the platform provider (such as Apple). Intae Team does not collect or store payment card details.
Administrative and technical safeguards are implemented to reduce unauthorized access risks and maintain system stability. These measures are periodically reviewed and updated where appropriate.
Intae is intended for individuals aged 17 and older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 17. If such information is identified, it will be deleted.
